Hello everyone, I hope you had a merry Christmas and you were able to relax a little on your off days. It was very busy and there was a lot to do for me this year so I will definitely start with the Christmas presents and the food preparation earlier next year.
So today I want to give you an overview about my baby shower which took place a few days before Christmas. Of my closest girlfriends arranged this event for me. We were 10 girls and had a fun afternoon together.
I’ve baked my first fondant cake for this day and was really happy that this cake turned out beautifully! This instruction and also this one here have helped me out a lot.
I have also baked petit fours for this occasion. You can read the recipe here. I made the small flowers with fondant and with the help of this cookie cutter.
The pretty paper straws and small cake plates were from the online store MeinCupcake.de. The jellybeans were kindly sent to me by the online store World of Sweets.

My girlfriend decorated her entire apartment with beautiful garlands and really surprised me as her whole apartment was decorated in pink!
I want to thank again my friend who made this afternoon unforgettable! It was a wonderful day!
