I just received two new lovely high-end beauty products and you can read a small review about these two today. It’s about the Lancome Ombre Hypnôse Stylo stick eyeshadow and the Lancome Hypnôse Volume-to-wear mascara.
Lancome Ombre Hypnôse Stylo Eyeshadow Stick
First impression: All of the Lancome products have a very classy design. I love the packaging.
Application/Texture: It’s a creamy eyeshadow and it can be applied very easily. The coverage is outstanding and it blends in perfectly with other eyeshadows. However, I recommend to work not slow because the eyeshadow dries very fast.
Color: I was able to try out the color Taupe 03 Quartz and I really like the slightly metallic silver color!
Feel/Durability: The Eyeshadow lasts all day long!
Price/Conclusion: The price is 24.99 EUR at Douglas which is not very low but but in my opinion worth the investment if you are looking for a long-lasting eye shadow for special occasions.

Lancome Hypnôse Volume-à-Porter Mascara
First impression: The design of this mascara is also super chic! The metallic look and it’s curved shape looks absolutely elegant.
Application/Texture: The liquid is very light and you get only sufficient amount on the brush as required – which I really like.
Color: Black (which I only use when it comes to mascaras).
Feel/Durability: The lashes stay soft and don’t get hard (as with many other mascaras) and after the application it does not smudge and it lasts last all day long.
Price/Conclusion: Although the mascara is easy to apply and there is no smudging & no clumping, I unfortunately do not get long eyelashes and much volume. So the price of 29,99 EU at Douglas is not worth for me.
